Atkinson & Associates, P.C. , serves clients throughout Texas from our convenient office location in Conroe. We concentrate our practice in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death litigation, medical malpractice, criminal defense and traffic law, and family and divorce law. Firm founder Michael L. Atkinson has been a member of the State Bar of Texas since 1970. He is a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association and is licensed to practice in all Texas courts, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Houston College of Law, Houston, Texas. Firm member Douglas W. Atkinson is a licensed attorney and member of the State Bar of Texas, member of the College of the State Bar of Texas, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit. He holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from South Texas College of Law, Houston, Texas. Firm member Bradford L. Atkinson is a licensed attorney and member of the State Bar of Texas, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit. He holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from St. Mary's University School of Law, San Antonio, Texas.
